Film Independent’s Director Series

Film Independent’s Director Series is well underway in Los Angeles. On the slate for Wednesday, March 5 is a session called The Actors: Getting Great Performances.

Oscar® winning short film director Ray McKinnon (Deadwood, O Brother, Where Art Thou?) and his casting director discuss the ways they collaborate to achieve unforgettable film moments.

Casting Director Emily Schweber will be on hand, along with a group of actors TBD.

Film Independent’s Director Series runs through March 26 at the Landmark in West Los Angeles.

  • $35 per Single Day Pass

General public /

  • $280 for a Series Pass
  • $50 per Single Day Pass
